MiMobileFi Troubleshooting Steps
If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, follow these basic steps:
Step 1: Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, wait one minute, and plug back in to test.
Step 2: If Step 1 didn’t correct the issue, grab a safety pin, paper clip, etc. Make sure device is plugged in and turned on. Hold down the reset button for approximately 10 seconds and release. Device will reboot and reconnect.
If neither of the above options have resolved the problem, contact 989.915.8170 during normal business hours (M-F 9am-6pm/Sat 10am-3pm EST) or 989.745.5585 after hours from 6-11pm EST. Tech support will not be available between 11pm-9am EST.
